Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charge
The guests shall notify the hotel in writing if any cancellation occurs prior to the minimum noticed date.
In the event of notification by the client after such date, the hotel has the right to apply the late cancellation charge as follow:-

Low season - Less than 7 days before arrival date, 1 night penalty charge.
High season - Less than 14 days before arrival date, 50% of the total amount penalty charge.
Peak season - Less than 28 days before arrival date, 100% penalty charge.

No Show Charge

In the event that the individual or entrie group does not arrive. The guests shall hold responsibillity for payment with 100% CANCELLATION charge.

Amendment of Booking

Any amendment which effect to shorten period of stay, later date of arrival and lower the number of rooms must be informed to reservation office, otherwise the amendment will be applied as same as CANCELLATION CHARGE.

Early Departure

The hotel reserves the right to charge to the guests in case that the guest stays at the hotel and willing to depart before the check-out time.

Low Season - 1 night penalty charge.
Hight Season - 2 nights penalty charge.
Peak Season - 100% penalty charge.
